Biana Cvetkovic is a Traditional Certified Suzuki Cello Teacher. After studying the cello with Michael Flacksman and Aleksandar Fedorchenko, Ms Cvetkovic graduated form the University of Musical Arts in Belgrade. During her studies she was first cellist of the Borislav Pascan Youth Orchestra. She also performed for the national TV as soloist two-time second winner of the National Yugoslavian competition for Youth, she performed in Austria, Hungary, Greece and the United States. She trained at The Chicago Suzuki Institute in 2001 with Jean Dexter and in 2002 at the Hartt Suzuki Institute with Gilda Barston( chair of the Suzuki Association).Ms Cvetkovic is a member of the New England Symphonic Ensemble and a cello coach for the InterSchool Orchestra of NY (ISO) Since 1999, Biana is part of the Turtle Bay School of Music faculty and joined the French American Conservatory in the Fall 2002.
